2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Manjhagadh P.S. Case No. 284 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 447, 325, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has brutally assaulted the husband of the informant and he died and the post-mortem report also supports the fact of brutal assault by the petitioner and other co-accused.

5. In view of the serious allegations of murder levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is rejected.

7. The trial is directed to be expedited.
