Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kadirganj P.S.Case No.27 of 2018 dated 21.3.2018 corresponding to G.R.No.289 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P.Act.

As per FIR, the deceased was killed by the accused persons by setting her on fire. FIR further discloses that the petitioner, who happens to be husband of the deceased, was residing outside.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the materials collected during the investigation also discloses that he was not present as he was residing outside for

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above nam2019ed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sri Ranjay Kumar, J.M. Ist Class, Masaurhi, District Patna in connection with Kadirganj P.S.Case No.27 of 2018 dated 21.3.2018 corresponding to G.R.No.289 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
