2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 328, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R. itself, informant is not eye-witness to the occurrence and has not disclosed the source of information as to how he came to know that it was this petitioner, who gave poison to informant's wife, resulting her death. Petitioner is lady, having clean antecedent, and is in custody since 11.05.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Paraiya P.S.
