1. The present petition has been filed for restoring a writ petition, bearing C.W.J.C. No.3528 of 2019, which has stood dismissed for default on account of non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 01.03.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of certain personal difficulty of the counsel/his clerk, the defect could not be removed, however, the same would definitely be removed, within a period of two weeks from today, hence, a sympathetic view be taken and the petition be restored

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, though I deem it fit and proper to direct for restoration of the aforesaid writ petition, bearing C.W.J.C. No.3528 of 2019 to its original file, however, subject to the petitioner removing the defects pointed out by the Registry, within a period of two weeks from today.

4. The present petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
