The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Lakhnour (R.S.O.P.) P.S. Case No.174 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the specific allegation made against the petitioners that they brutally assaulted the informant and his wife as a result of which jaw of the informant's wife was badly injured and the doctors who examined her found injury to be grievous in nature, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.558 of 2018 (2) dt.11-01-2018 2/2 petitioners.

Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
