JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 401, 411, 413, 414, 465, 466 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of petitioner was disclosed by accused Prince Kumar and on that basis the police raided the house of the petitioner where petitioner and others were found present. However, one motorcycle was recovered from the door of house of the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 03.06.2019. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66390 of 2019(2) dt.22-10-2019 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul at Begusarai in connection with Khodabandpur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2019.
