The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Thawe P.S. Case No. 78 of 2018 (Trial No. 2497 of 2018), registered for offence punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case on the basis of suspicion. Further submission is that nothing incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 02.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
