The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 1102 of 2019 arising out of Araria P.S. Case No. 710 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence.
