2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious physical possession of the petitioner rather 10 liters of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner. She has no concern either with the seized liquor or the place of recovery or any trade of liquor. She has been falsely implicated in this case at the instance of his enemy. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application.

4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the fact that the alleged recovery has been made from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge him on anticipatory bail.

5. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
