Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sheikhpura (Hathiyawa O.P.) P.S. Case No. 13 of 2023 registered for the offence under sections 467, 468, 471, 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide orders dated 20.09.2022, 24.11.2022 and 03.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 26368 of 2022, 33805 of 2022 and 59714 of 2022 respectively. Learned counsel has produced the web copy of the

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Shiekhpura(Hathiyawa O.P.) P.S. Case No. 13 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
