2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 33 of 2024 dated 07.08.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2), 3(5) of BNS, 2023, Section 10 of the Bihar Conduct of Examination Act, 1981 and Sections 66C and 66D of the I.T. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and the co-accused persons are alleged to have involved in providing job by way of illegal manner in various competitive examinations and police recovered 12 photo copies of Admit Cards from possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner runs a coaching centre as 'New Study Centre' at Baheri, Darbhanga and all the recovered Admit Cards and Mobile belongs to the students of the said coaching centre. The petitioner was found alongwith Simran Kumari in Mahamaya Hotel. The real fact is that negotiation of marriage between the petitioner and Simran Kumari was going on and due to which, the petitioner went there to get her appeared in the said examination. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. The other co-accused Shashi Kant Singh Shashi @ Kamal Dev Singh, has already been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 73830 of 2024 under order dated 18.10.2024. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition. He is in custody in this case since 08.08.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to
