PANCHOLI) 20-01-2025 Learned counsel for the appellant submits that, in the present case, the trial court has imposed sentence of ten years and, therefore, office has raised the objection that the appellant has wrongly filed Criminal Appeal(DB) and it should be Criminal Appeal(SJ). He, therefore, requests that he may be permitted to convert the present appeal into Criminal Appeal(SJ).

2. Office is directed to convert this appeal within a period of three weeks and thereafter list this matter before appropriate court.
