Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were on police bail.

In view of this fact itself that the petitioners were granted bail by the police during the course of investigation and thereafter charge sheet was submitted, the anticipatory bail is not maintainable.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
