2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 96 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 380, 457 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the petitioners committed theft in the house of the informant. They stole ornaments of silver and gold worth Rs. 2,50,000/- from his house.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing was recovered from their possession and they are the persons of clean antecedent. Their names have figured only the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73217 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 basis of suspicion.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 96 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Kundan/- U T
