JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(i) To issue an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing upon the respondents to reappoint the petitioner to the post of daily wages employee in the office of respondent No.4.

(ii) To direct the respondents to reappoint the petitioner to the post of daily wages employee who had rendered the services from the period 15th 2017 to 21st October 2021 regularly."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
