2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.T. No. 780 of 2025 arising out of Rail P.S. Bhagalpur Case No. 79 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 305(b), 105 of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals are said to have snatched money and mobile phone from the informant's wife, when she was in train and during the crime, the informant's wife fell down from the train and subsequently she died during the course of treatment.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 28.04.2025 and he has been implicated in this case on the basis of self inculpatory statement of the co-accused.

5. The petitioner has four criminal antecedents also.

6. In view of the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
