The petitioner has prayed for bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 370 of the Indian Penal Code and section 79 of the J.J. Act.
As per allegation in the FIR, nine minor children are being taken out to Rajasthan to engage in factory work on the wages of Rs. 5,000/- by the petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner was not caught on spot nor anything has been recovered from his possession. Only on the basis of suspicion, petitioner has been implicated in this case. He is languishing in judicial custody since 2.7.2022.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Railway Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Gaya P.S. Case No. 271 of 2022.
