Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 103 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under sections 324, 307, 393 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. He has been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of the confessional statement of the co-accused. Except the confessional statement of the co-accused, there is no material against this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 03.05.2019.

Case No. 103 of 2015.
