2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chandauti P. S. Case No. 57 of 2024 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The F.I.R. was lodged against unknown for the murder of the son of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner transpired during the course of investigation in the confessional statement of the co-accused Mukesh Paswan who has already been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 76929 of 2024. Charge-sheet has been submitted against the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72155 of 2025(2) dt.04-11-2025 2/2 petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 25.03.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Chandauti P.
