JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-03-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner has earlier moved this Court for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 49368 of 2016, which was rejected vide order dated 07.03.2017 (Annexure-1).

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been languishing in custody since 06.05.2016. It is further submitted that main accused of this case namely, Kali Yadav, has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 41806 of 2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.
