JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-12-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khodawandpur (Chhaurahi O.P) P.S. Case No. 214 of 2018 which has been instituted for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the subject F.I.R, the petitioner is not named.

It appears that the petitioner was arrested in Garhpur P.S. Case No. 112 of 2018 which was instituted for the offences under the Arms Act and in the aforesaid case, he is stated to have made a confession which led to his implication in two other cases viz. Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 220 of 2018 under Section 395 of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68132 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 Indian Penal Code and the present subject F.I.R. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2018 and in two other cases about which reference has been made earlier, he is on bail.

Considering these facts, specially his period of custody in the present case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai in connection with Khodawandpur (Chhaurahi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 214 of 2018.
