The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No. 196 of 2022 registered under Sections 409, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is ready to deposit Rs.1.5 Lacs in the account of the informant within a period of eight weeks from today. It is also submitted that similarly situated co-accused Kriti Kumari has granted provisional bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 10.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5320 of 2023.

No.71899 of 2022(3) dt.24-04-2023 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the undertakings made by the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on provisional bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-I, Sitamarhi in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No. 196 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
The provisional bail of the petitioner shall be confirmed by the learned Court below itself on showing the receipt of deposit of the amount as submitted on behalf of the petitioner in the account of the informant within the stipulated time.
