The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 101 of 2015 (G.R. No. 1301 of 2015), registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the petitioner was not named in the FIR and his name came during the course of the investigation. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner-. The petitioner is in custody since 03.05.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64976 of 2019(2) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VIth, Araria in connection with Bhargama P.S.
