2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 157 of 2023 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the IPC.

3. It is alleged in that some unknown person committed theft of a 200 Volt V-Guard battery, Microtec Inverter and other articles.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner is in judicial custody since 27.07.2023 and petitioner has one criminal antecedent in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73421 of 2023(2) dt.22-11-2023 2/2 which he is on bail as stated in para-3 of the petition.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 157 of 2023.
