The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No.558 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Section 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 12 of the POCSO Act.

The petitioner is said to have kidnapped the victim girl. The petitioner is in custody since 05.09.2023. 4.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim girl has got married with the petitioner and is staying with him. It has also been submitted that the petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, POCSO-cum-ADJ, VI, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No.558 of 2020.
