JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "i) For issuance of a writ of mandamus directing/commanding the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner against the sanction posts of "Safai Karmchari" of Primary Health Centre, Jainagar, Madhubani which is still vacant.
(ii) For issuance of a direction to the Respondent authority to pay the honorarium
Patna High Court CWJC No.17891 of 2022(2) dt.16-04-2024 2/2 pending before him since July 2017 to till date.
(iii) For that to direct the Respondent to withdraw the verbal order for not making the attendance in attendance register."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
