1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Special P. P. for the Vigilance and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and has been falsely implicated in the instant case with an allegation that he secured appointment as Panchayat Teacher based on forged and fabricated mark-sheets. It is next submitted that the F.I.R. came to be instituted based on an inquiry conducted behind the back of the petitioner. It is next submitted that had an opportunity

4. Learned Special P.P. opposes the anticipatory bail application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Shikarpur P. S. Case No.21 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
