The petitioner filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondents to accept his required fees and allow him to submit his thesis after completion of Ph.D. research. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already deposited the required fees and submitted his thesis but the authority did not accept his thesis. Learned counsel for the University submits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.23465 of 2019(2) dt.28-11-2019 2/2 petitioner himself made statement in para 7 of the writ petition that the Examination Controller directed the petitioner to deposit the required fees. It is further submitted that the petitioner has already filed representation before the Examination Controller, L.N. Mithila University, Darbhanga and this writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the Examination Controller to dispose of the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned order.

Having considered the submissions of both sides, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Examination Controller, L.N. Mithila University, Darbhanga to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same within two months from the date of receipt of this order in accordance with law by a reasoned order.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
