2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No. 91 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is alleged to have stabbed the victim in his neck.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2025.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
