JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 19-07-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Barauli P.S. Case No 205 of 2017 registered under Sections 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25 (1-B)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

According to the F.I.R., the police has received information that some miscreants have been assembled at the door of Hasmuddin, thereafter the police raided their house and from their house two or three persons were arrested and huge amount of country-made Carbine along with magazine were recovered and from there, the name of the petitioner has emerged.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
