2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 324, 326, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case in brief is that all the accused persons, including this petitioner, are alleged to have abused and assaulted the informant. This petitioner is alleged to have inflicted spade blow on the head of the informant, causing head injury.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to enmity. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73110 of 2023(3) dt.29-02-2024 2/2 opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail. It is submitted that there is specific accusation of inflicting spade blow upon the head of the informant against this petitioner and the injuries allegedly caused by this petitioner has been found to be grievous in nature.
