The petitioner is in custody in connection with Narayanpur P.S. Case No.19 of 2016, a case registered under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he gave a blow with spade at the head of the deceased. The injury was cause of death.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody since 28.06.216. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused vide Annexure-1. However, the trial is still at the initial state only after commitment of the case. The petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. Learned counsel for the petitioner opposed the prayer

Considering the facts aforesaid specially the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Narayanpur Police Station Case No. 19 of 2016, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
