Case No. 150 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 337, 427, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that petitioners and others came to the informant and assaulted him and others and specific allegation against these petitioners is that they snatched Jitiya and Karnful from one Lalmanti.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have falsely been implicated in this case and there is no allegation against them of assaulting anyone. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused has been

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate -1st Class, Jehanabad, in connection with Kako P.S.
