The petitioners seek bail in connection with Daraundha (M.H. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 207 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners and the petitioners have no concern with the alleged recovery. The petitioners are rotting in judicial custody since 12.09.2019.

P.S. Case No. 207 of 2019.
