2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307,504,506 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that coaccused Akash Sah @ Akash Kumar abused and assaulted the husband of informant causing him injuries.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are not named in the FIR. The names of the petitioners have been transpired during course of investigation. Injuries sustained by the injured are simple in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77059 of 2024(2) dt.18-01-2025 2/2 nature. It is submitted that similarly situated co-accused Akash Sah @ Akash Kumar has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 29.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1465 of 2024. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the accusation as well as nature of injuries, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, Rohtas at Sasaram in Dehri (T) P. S. Case No. 777 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
