2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the IPC and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. 3 . As per the prosecution case , 135 litres of Nepali country made liquor and 54 litres Nepali foreign liquor was recovered behind the house of Md. Pasi.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has been made accused in this only on the basis of suspicion . Petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2024 . Chargesheet has already been submitted. 5 . 6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, the bail application is allowed.
