2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 273 of 2024, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 137(2), 96 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, later on section 4/12 of the POCSO Act.
3. From the records it appears that the victim girl has eloped with the petitioners. They are in jail since 18.07.2024.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. They have no criminal antecedent and are in judicial custody since

5. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application is allowed.
7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of learned Addl.
