ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 11-11-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of 'Admission' with the consent of both the counsels.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Deputy Collector Land Reforms (DCLR), Hathua, Gopalganj passed an order directing the authorities to implement the name of the petitioner in the Jamabandi by fixing a rent of Rs. 100/-. Learned counsel submits that though the order has been passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms (DCLR) on 26.02.2022 and the petitioner pursuant to the same has given representation, the authorities till date have not implemented the same. Patna High Court CWJC No.16603 of 2025(2) dt.11-11-2025 2/3 counsel, therefore, seeks a direction from this Hon'ble Court to direct the concerned authority i.e. the Circle Officer (Respondent No. 5) herein to consider the representation made by the petitioner and implement the orders passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms vide memo no. 217 dated 26.02.2022.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents State submits that the representation given by the petitioner does not have any endorsement of the Circle Officer or the District Magistrate having received the same. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner may be directed to give a fresh representation duly enclosing the copy of the order passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms vide memo no. 217 dated 26.02.2022 and the same will be considered in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above made submissions, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to give a suitable representation ventilating his grievance to the Circle Officer within a period of four weeks from today. The petitioner shall enclose the copy of the order passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms vide memo no. 217 dated 26.02.2022 along with his representation. On receipt of the same, the authority shall endeavour to pass necessary orders on

Patna High Court CWJC No.16603 of 2025(2) dt.11-11-2025 3/3 the said representation duly taking note of the orders passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms and pass a reasoned order. The authority shall pass orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the representation made by the petitioner. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the authority shall put the petitioner as well as any other interested party on notice and give them an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

5. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
