JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Laheri PS Case No. 337 of 2016 registered under Section 379 of the IPC. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that though the motorcycle of the instant case was recovered from possession of the petitioner but earlier another case was instituted for recovery of motorcycle in which he was in custody and from that case he has been remanded in this case and the petitioner had purchased that stolen motorcycle.

Having considered recovery of stolen motorcycle from the possession of the petitioner the prayer of bail of the petitioner is at present rejected.

As charge-sheet has been submitted, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of six months.
