Petitioner is accused in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 18 of 2017 registered under Section 302/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 39237 of 2017, 40675 of 2017, 18912 of 2017, 30612 of 2017, 31073 of 2017, 29587 of 2017, 42960 of 2017, 39937 of 2017 and 57027 of 2017.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
