JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 21-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners is covered by the decision of this court contained in

Patna High Court CWJC No.18686 of 2017 (2) dt.21-12-2017 2/2 Annexures-1 and 2.

In view of the submission of the counsel for the petitioners that the case of the petitioners is similar to the case of the petitioners of C.W.J.C. Nos. 6139 of 2007 and 14670 of 2014 contained in Annexure-1 and 2, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent nos.2 and 3 i.e. the District Education Officer and District Programme Officer (establishment), Aurangabad to examine the case of the petitioners and if the case of the petitioners is found similar to the case of the petitioners of C.W.J.C. Nos. 6139 of 2017 and 14670 of 2014 similar treatment should be extended to the petitioners of this case also. Such exercise must be completed within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
