2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 103, 61(2) and 3(5) of the BNS and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, decased was shot dead by four miscreants. Name of the petitioner transpired during investigation for being involved in the murder of the deceased. Petitioner is the wife of the deceased.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR. During the investigation, the name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of Ravi Kant Kumar @ Bittu Kumar and Sachin Kumar
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72884 of 2025(3) dt.25-11-2025 2/2 @Mogal Mukhia. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 20.02.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of District and Additional Sessions Judge-IX, West Champaran, Bettia in connection with Shikarpur P. S. Case No. 207 of 2025, corresponding to S.T. No. 482 of 2025.
