ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 23-06-2023 It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that an appeal has been preferred against the order dated 25.11.2020 the same has been pending since 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the learned District Magistrate-cum-Chairman, District Rohtas at Sasaram, before whom the appeal No. 07 of 2021 is pending, may be directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents stated that he has no objection if a direction is given to the appellate authority to dispose of the appeal. Having regard to the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no. 2, namely, District Magistrate-
