The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sheikhopursarai P.S. Case No.53 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that on 05.07.2019 at about 11.00 A.M., the informant was plucking the Moong in her field. At that time, three persons, named in the F.I.R., including the petitioner came there and started to abuse. When the informant made protest, then this petitioner started to commit "Maar-Peet" with the informant through lathi, due to which the informant sustained injury on her head. At that time, Sukhnandan Prasad

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to flowing of the water in the maize field of the informant by the petitioner and others, hot exchange of words took place between the parties but with an ulterior motive, the informant has lodged the present case. Moreover, only one injury was found over the scalp of the informant, which is simple in nature, caused by hard and blunt substance.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Sheikhpura, in connection with Sheikhopur Sarai P.S. Case No.53 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
