Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Sikta PS Case No. 121 of 2017 registered under Sections 304-B, 201 and 34 of the IPC.
The allegation in brief is that the petitioner and others used to torture the deceased for bringing more dowry and after two years of marriage she was done to death and the body was cremated and on lodging complaint the body was taken out from the cemetery and post mortem was done.
Submission is that the petitioner is husband and his wife died a natural death.
However, the post mortem report shows that she died due to asphyxia caused by strangulation, so the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
