====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 353, 379, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant is the Junior Engineer, Electricity Distribution Sub-station, IGIMS who has alleged in his written complaint that on 08.08.2019 at about 11:00 AM while he was repairing the electric wire near Herbal Vatika alongwith his four

No.75783 of 2019(3) dt.07-01-2020 2/3 associates the security guard of IGIMS came and prevented them for said repair and thereafter it is alleged that Ashok Singh (petitioner), Ajay Singh, Narayan Singh (petitioner) and other security guards variously armed came and started abusing and assaulting him and his associates, as a result of which he was injured and admitted into Gardinar Hospital.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that similarly placed co-accused Sri Ajay Singh has been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75811 of 2019 vide order dated 09.12.2019. Petitioners have no criminal antecedents. Learned Counsel for the O.P. No. 2 appeared and vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of anticipatory bail is allowed and petitioners named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, Petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below, in connection with Sashtrinagar P.S. Case No. 676 of 2019, subject to the
