Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.101 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the I.P.C.

The office has reported that no supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, but learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no.2 fairly stated that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69370 of 2019(4) dt.26-06-2020 2/2 petitioner and opposite party no.2 are residing together and they have settled their dispute amicably.

In view of the aforesaid facts, let petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the Court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Buxar in connection with Complaint Case No.101 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

Furthermore, the learned trial Court is directed to record the statement of petitioner and opposite party no.2 and dispose of the case without awaiting further formalities and evidence within reasonable period.
