2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 524 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to be involved in the brutal killing of the deceased.

4. During investigation, it has come that Niraj Kumar and Amod Kumar had caught hold of the deceased and the petitioner Sachin had killed the deceased. The petitioner is in custody since 21.12.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is involved

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74628 of 2024(4) dt.05-03-2025 2/2 in the brutal murder of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
