The petitioners seek bail in a case for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 323, 307, 385, 447, 504, 506 of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that on 28.06.2019 at about 3 hours, accused persons including petitioners told the daughter of the informant to marry where they say. On which, he obstructed to do so. On which, the accused persons assaulted him and demanded Rs. 1,00,000/- as Rangdari. He did not file any case to this effect. It is also alleged that on 02.07.2019 at 8 hours all the above named accused persons came to his house ans started using abusive languages and demanded Rangdari and fired five rounds firing upon his house. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are languishing in custody since 07.08.2019. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. The petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioners. None is said to have been injured in course of occurrence due to firing made by the accused persons. General and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioners. No specific allegation has been alleged against the petitioners.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st A.C.J.M., Naugachia, Bhagalpur in connection with Bihpur P.S. Case No. 222 of 2019.
