(i) For issuance of a Writ of Mandamus or any appropriate Writ, Order or Direction for directing the respondent-authorities to make necessary correction in the Joint Merit List, prepared and issued by the Bihar Public Service Commission, Patna, for appointment on the post of Auditor under Advertisement No.-67/2020, advertised by the Bihar Public Service Commission, Patna, adding the name of the petitioner as successful

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
